A scabies skin rash is a contagious and itchy skin condition caused due to wingless insects, sarcoptes scabei. Some of the symptoms are intense itching particularly at night, a red rash may occur at the area that has been scratched, skin may become hard as the infection progresses. Early scabies rash will show up some little red bumps like hives, pimples, and tiny bites. Scabies usually will begin in the body’s fold like armpits, around the nipples for women, beneath nails, between the fingers, buttocks, elbows, inner thighs, on the penis for men, skin under rings, bracelets or watch bands, wrists. Children will have itching on their palms of hands, soles of feet; scalp and they may also have irritability, sleeplessness and tiredness due to itching. Even babies get affected due to scabies and their neck and head may be affected. There are different types of scabies and among that one is crusted scabies it affects the large areas of the body, hands and feet are crusted hence it is named as crusted scabies. This is caused mainly in infants and young children. The infection get spread due to close contact, sexual contact and it is considered as a sexual transmitted diseases. Scabies on cat and dog will also affect human

and the scabies in dog is called as manage. The insects that causes rabies are very small and 1/3 millimeter long, burrow into the skin to produce intense itching. Some of the rashes are not so dangerous but some are dangerous which should be treated properly.
